The current SP check runs are ready for Bob's approval, except for the attached First
Comp, Workers' Compensation insurance invoice. I'm leery of the $3,466 charges for the
policy period that expired on 5.01.17. If these charges resulted from the workers' comp
audit, then they should provide a detailed calculation along with an actual invoice, not a
statement.

Ellen, would you like to request additional documentation from the vendor or proceed with
processing the payment in full?
